Galaxy SMy Galaxy s22 ultra 512 gb just got bricked last April 2nd. I was just browsing photos then it suddenly turned off on its own and restarted, but it got stuck in a never-ending bootloop. I'm from the Philippines, by the way. I took it to an authorized samsung service center, they said the repair (motherboard replacement) will cost around 32,000 PHP. I took it to another gadget repair center, the motherboard replacement is 15,000 PHP but it's only 256gb, and they damaged the selfie camera. Now, I'll be returning this. hopefully they'll be able to fix it :( I'm so disappointed. we should make samsung accountable for this. i'm sure it's the system update that triggered the bootloop. I wanna cry
shoutout to Samsung philippines, what's your plan for these issues? you should recall and replace all your units that got bricked because of your software update. If the update is no longer compatible to the devices, you should have not released that update to the public. Will you accept accountability for all the hassle and heartbreak you caused your consumers? I'm so disappointed in you Samsung. Please before you approve the release of any software/system update, make sure you've tested its compatibility to all your devices. I hope you'll shoulder the motherboard replacement for the bricked s22 ultra units. This is one of your flagship models, and it is not cheap :(

Galaxy Si got the same issue when i was updating my phone from One UI 6.0 to One UI 6.1, it got never ending bootloop after my phone finished the installation
so my resolve is enter the recovery mode then i performed factory reset inside recovery mode and voila everything back normal after i did a whole factory reset. I am still enjoying One UI 6.1 now
