S22 Ultra cant connect to mobile network Post software update

Hye all, 

My S22U suddenly can't connect to mobile network after updates. Thus. I can only make and receive calls using WiFi and when there's no WiFi, my phone is basically not functioning.

I don't know what to do.

Have you tried changing the sim to the second slot? If it works, I'm afraid you may have a locked sim 1 phone which may or may not be reported stolen. There is also the chance of it having hardware issue. But if you want a definite answer, surely bringing it to the nearest Samsung Service would be your best option. My S22 Ultra didn't encounter any sim related issues so I couldn't share you a definitive answer

My issue with S22 Ultra just happened in Jan 2024 after updating. The entire right half of screen suffers from a permanent green tint, and upon enabling Adaptive Refresh, the right of selfie where all signal icons reside turns into blinding pure white light bar. But brought it to changed at samsung service center and paid only RM80 for labor cost, since the LCD issue was covered even after the warranty period.

Hi @NMY1810,

For this, do perform the usual troubleshooting (SIM card replacement, reset device settings & perform factory reset - need to backup first).

If this does not work, the best way is to get the service centre to check and reset as there could be bugs in the update - the service centre will be able to diagnose the condition properly.
