S23 Ultra battery life

I have been using this phone since 10 feb now and seems like i barely get through a day with the promised new battery optimisation. Can anyone help me out? Why am i experiencing a worser battery life then my previous s21+ 

On 16feb i had to charge halfway through the day to juice up

I keep AOD, wifi, data and location on at all

times.

I believe battery optimisation will get better over time, as it takes time to learn ur usage.

Definitely not. 😆 Batteries tend to be worse at the initial phase of usage. If not, u can try turning on Adaptive Power Saving. It should improve ur battery life. It will turn on power saving mode at a certain % below 68%. It can turn on between 24% and 67%.

Hmm okay, I'll continue to monitor the battery. Do you turn on the put apps to sleep/deep sleep mode?

Yes, I have enabled the Adaptive battery, however I don't see the real difference in battery life tho.. 😅

I prefer Adaptive Power Saving, where it activates power saving mode when my phone is heating up a lot, while allowing me to use my phone a bit more towards the rest of the remaining battery discharge.

Sorry I was asking about sleeping the apps: Battery > background usage settings > sleep/deep sleep apps.

But yeah i do enable adaptive battery too. Can't really tell a difference.

Oh sorry misunderstood ur question. Yeah I have enabled too, however.. I don't see how it have helped much in the battery life. As these days, battery is pretty much intelligent to know how to draw almost zero power from unused apps.
