S23 Ultra Camera 10x blurry

I'm experiencing some blur with my S23 Ultra's camera when it zoom 10x and above. It's a little frustrating when I'm trying to capture details at a distance. Has anyone else noticed this issue? i think i came across a message in a facebook community group to be the same situatuon as you have. i afraid this may be hardware design flaw now seeing something of a similar complain

Might be a camera hardware issue? As of todays' latest software, my s23 ultra isn't facing this problem
