Hi everyone, I recently changed from my S10 to S23 Ultra. And the shop I mentioned that the S23 Ultra I got comes with Watch and Buds. It's been 2 weeks and no news regarding my freebies. How long does it usually take to have it?

Same concern. I got a fold 5 last September and was informed by Smart Telecommunications - SM City Baguio that i am entitled to receive a 5k worth of voucher. My partner got an S23 ultra last August and was informed that he is entitled to get a galaxy buds 2 as a freebie. We haven't received both and no update whatsoever.

Already did this and they instructed us to get with a Samsung tech/customer support. We were able to do that but our concern was not resolved, up until now. We did everything we could and beyond on our end. Reason why i tried to reach out here.
