S23 Ultra Preorder - Self Pickup Issue

So i preordered the S23 Ultra on the day it was announced, Feb 2 and opted for self pickup at Samsung Store in Megamall... last Feb 8, I received a delivery notification from Consegnia that something has been delivered, so I thought it was for my order, though I haven't received any notification yet from Samsung itself and when I check the status of my order through Samsung site, it's still "Processing" .. so today I checked again, and this time it's already "Ready For Pickup" but then again, no notification still from Samsung itself.. so I called Samsung Megamall and they said that they haven't received any units of S23 Ultra from online orders yet and that they will message those who ordered online once the unit is available (but can't guarantee when)... haist, frustratring... I should've opted for Home Delivery instead... anyone here who's also self pickup? did you get yours already?

I got mine pick up on SM North branch. order on feb. 7 and got it on feb. 10. yeah i received text msg from consegnia and i also called my preferred branch and they said the units have arrived i waited for like 10mins since theres a long list of people are going for pick up.
Right now even samsung site my order is still processing and even my registered product is still unknown for some reason maybe because it has not launched yet on Feb. 17.

good for you, congrats hehe.. yung samsung chat support naman ang sabi pwede ko na ipickup yung unit dun sa Samsung center na pinili ko.. mukhang di sila calibrated sa process ng self pickup... I'll just call SM Megamall na lang ulit, sabihin ko na lang yung text message about consegnia, baka kasi yun yung gusto nila iconfirm ko... hoping and praying makuha ko yung akin before my trip sa end of this month, para maganda pang pic haha.. congrats ulit :)

hahahaha... ang hirap kasi pag pumunta ako dun tapos di naman mabigay sa akin yung unit, baka lalo lang ako mainis... sana talaga Home Delivery na lanh, eh di !nasa akin na sana since Feb 8 hahaha...

call their hotline sabihin mo na nag msg yung logistics nila consegnia yung device mo then state the name.

This happened to me. I received a notification from the courier that the phone is already delivered at the store. I went to the store to show the message but they insisted that I should be receiving an email from Samsung first. What I did was I called the CS asked to create a ticket since the store does not want to release my phone as I don't have the email yet. The site also says the order is still "Processing". Within 48 hrs after making the call, I received the ready for pick up e-mail. Store pick-up is not always the best option for Samsung.

that's what I did too.. a Samsung support created me a ticket, then advised me to go the store and advise me that if they still would not accommodate me, that I can call them.. so today I went and I got my unit 😅
