S23ULTRA corner screen touch detection issue

Anyone having pprblem when touching the upper right corner screen of s23 ultra ,it's **bleep** frustrating, whenever I try to post a photo on insta or any button on the specific corner ,it cannot detect and will auto rotate my screen to landscape ,cost me lots of time

Hi Carlb,

Did this issue happen when you first received your device, or very recently?

You can try some of the following:
1. Go to Members App > Diagnostics to test your device; OR

2. Go to Settings (search for Diagnostics) and test your device.

You can take a short video clip of the issue and reach out to CS for them to advise next steps, as the device is still under warranty.
