BoM analysis of the Galaxy S23 Ultra reveals it costs Samsung $469 to manufacture. The Snapdragon chip and its modem system are the most expensive components, accounting for 35% of the material cost.

Then u should look into iPhone real cost. If the brand and demand itself probably takes up the cost the most. As much I could say the design and durability of the aesthetic looks good. Still breaks if dropped for sure.
