Just received a call from Samsung informing me that my S24 delivery has been delayed till March 11th... That's more than a month away from the initial promised date. I have seen some people received their orders which is why I was so eager to receive mine soon... Unfortunately I was met with disappointment 😥😔.
Honestly, should've just waited till the pre-order period ends and buy it from the physical store, I'd be able to enjoy using it during the CNY holidays, and most importantly take BEAUTIFUL shots of my family reunion ✨. Come on Samsung!!! 😭
Mine too. I'm really disappointed with samsung now. Should've just buy it from physical store if I know they treated us like this after they got our pre-order money.
They won't even tell me my delayed delivery date, even after I kept asking the same question again and again. It's CNY, man.
This might be the last time I pre-order their product.
I agree, it's such a huge disappointment 😔. The fact that they already have ready stock in physical stores (both Samsung experience and third party retailers) just boils my blood a little... But it is what it is, we can't predict anything with logistics
