S24 Ultra Camera Issue : Unable to Focus When There is Shadow or Low Light

I just upgraded from my S22 ultra to S24 ultra and noticed that the 3X and 5X camera are having some issue to focus in pictures with shadows or slightly low light environment. It happens probably 2-3 times every 5 shots i take. U can have a look at my screen recording. Wonder if it is a defect unit 🤔

Hope so, otherwise quite disappointing that they launch a phone with these camera issues.

Is this only happening to your S24U? Could be software as per Fazlie's mention - do download and update to the latest software and basic troubleshooting.

If it does not work you might need to get the service centre to check it up.

Already on the latest software. Will wait for the february software update and see if the issue is solved.
