So far when I was a galaxy tab S7-8 user, it help me maximize its usage til I sold and bought the S4 Ultra for reason. The latest update is somewhat expected, new style widgets, notifs & needed apps upgrade to the new software. Some fonts have change on some of the apps but thats okey (wish they didn't), like the gmail on Bold type is lessen. The battery charging is good and got the new look indicator. Check your modes/routines, there are some that are affected which overmind its manual but manage to correct it.
I used to have 50 routines but because of OneUI 7 update, I've managed to merge some routines - instead of 4 smaller routines, i was able to make 2 bigger routines. My max routines went to just 48 but not for long because just about 4 days after the update, I've made another routine so my max count is 49 routines now. But yeah i still have to recheck most of them. It feels like Samsung forgot something in the modes and routines dept. The edge lighting settings doesn't stay as is whenever i edit a routine with edge lighting, it shows the default effect. And none of my routines were working after the update that i have to notice the automations were gone and i had to edit some of it.
I've created a post about it. So far, i think the place and time in the IF section has to be the first condition than the place; and i can no longer include the wired headphones in the IF section as well. I now use IF-ELSE in the THEN section to be able to add Bluetooth as a condition for actions. I think it's better because i can now add more Bluetooth devices as conditions than before.
This is not the first time i have to make edits. I always have to recheck my 50 routines and rephrase some of my my 80+ quick commands (rip) every update - can you imagine that.. But this is the first time all my routines got disabled after an update.
