Hi all, my s24u is not showing any incoming calls and while I'm calling out to people, it doesn't show the screen of I'm dialling to people too. In a way, I won't know there is incoming call if on silent mode. If I called someone, I only see the small mic icon on top right and can't end the call from my side and have to wait the other side to end call...is this a bug? Logged my report too

Not sure but it could be your settings. If you have not try this, go ahead and try. Hope this works. Cheers 🍻
Open the Phone app.
Tap the More options icon (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner, then tap Settings.
Tap Supplementary services.
Tap Show your caller ID.
Select Always to make sure your caller ID is always shown. If it's set to "Network default," your mobile carrier may be hiding it.
