Maybe allow access to your apps size in your file manager to see your apps size there. Your app size is included with your system size i guess. Tap on the *i* icon beside the apps then allow it. Example look mine it's showing apps size.Screenshot_20230212-210943_My Files.jpg

I've noticed that everytime I tried to save a file and it failed my system files grew so it seems like it's not deleting these partial files that were unable to complete being copied

Like when you take a video the video is saved as a temporary file then when you save it the phone makes a copy before deleting the original temporary file but if this process is unable to complete then you have a build up of these partial copies taking up more and more space

I was trying to save a 3-4gb video and was wondering why I had to delete so much stuff to get it to fit

First it went to like 50% then to like 70% then like 75% then all of a sudden it wouldn't progress past 0%, that's when I noticed the system files taking up 25gb when I could have sure it only took 15gb last I looked and I could have swore I remembered it only taking up about 10gb cause I remember thinking to myself "some phones only have like 8gb, how does that work?"

I finally managed to clear up enough space to get the file to finish saving or at least that's what the progress bar and file size indicate but i was also sure I must have cleared like 10-15gb if not 20gb

Then in the end the video got corrupted anyway and I deleted all that stuff and application data for no reason
