I need an expert to help me get the answer. My Galaxy S24 Ultra has a problem. When I woke up this morning, I didn't look up my mobile and I went out, I took 1 photo. Then in the afternoon I tried to looking for a photo so I have found out that there is only 1 last photo that I just have taken left in the camera folder, screenshot folder and another 10 folders are disappeared. Altogether around 20k photos are gone and the space in the mobile has raised up so it means they are not hiding somewhere in this mobile. I call the Samsung call centre and went to the store, no one could answer me anything about the cause. Have anyone heard something like this? Or what would be possible to make 20k photos are disappeared. No child and my mobile always next to me and no way that I could accidentally delete it, otherwise they should be in the bin
