May i know who facing the same problem with me? I ordered S24 Ultra 512gb titanium gray on 1st February, until today 19th feb still under preparing order. I have to go travel on march already, i was worried i cant get the new phone before march. Does anybody know why so late still can't receive the device? Meanwhile all the samsung store have stock standby😅

I, too, am waiting. I was, however, informed that the delay is due to stock availability. Just have to be patient.

Try request cancellation see, better buy outside than continue waiting with no certainty

I am enjoying my samsung Watch 6 classic, which is till now out for delivery on the website.
Sometimes, you need to call the store and don't focus on the status on the website.
