Hi. I want to find out if those that Pre-Ordered the S25 Ultra already received the phone. I ordered on 29 Jan and there is no news about the status of the phone. When I ordered, I got an email notification showing that the estimated delivery was on 10 Feb. It's already 17 Feb today and there is no news or update from Samsung on the status of the phone. I chatted with the support back on 14 Feb and they just told me it will be sent in batches, but not able to share more details. Today, I have been trying to contact customer support and there is no response after waiting for over an hour. At least Samsung should share an update with all buyers about the delay.

You are not alone in having the same issue with the very incompetent Samsung Malaysia. This company is a big joke! This year would be my last Samsung phone. Just for your info, I have changed my ultra phone every year for the last 4 years. I hope this issue will be highlighted in the media soon. I thought of bringing the issue to the relevant ministry as well!

I ordered PinkGold unit on the 1st Feb. Means they are very inconsistent and incompetent if they can sent yours within 4 days!

I ordered pink gold on the 25th Jan and is still waiting now. I pre ordered it from the experience store and they don't even give me my Samsung Rewards points. Furthermore, when I called to ask them, they just brushed me off saying that there were already a few batches delivered but mine still not there and said they'll call once they got it. Regret much

Is it because of the color choice? Don't tell me PinkGold is a limited-edition 🤔 😱 😁 Anyway, this would be my last year in supporting Samsung. After this, I will be switching to Google or iPhone! We cannot support a company that doesn't know the basic rules of customer service and common sense. So shameful!
