Galaxy SHi. I want to find out if those that Pre-Ordered the S25 Ultra already received the phone. I ordered on 29 Jan and there is no news about the status of the phone. When I ordered, I got an email notification showing that the estimated delivery was on 10 Feb. It's already 17 Feb today and there is no news or update from Samsung on the status of the phone. I chatted with the support back on 14 Feb and they just told me it will be sent in batches, but not able to share more details. Today, I have been trying to contact customer support and there is no response after waiting for over an hour. At least Samsung should share an update with all buyers about the delay.

Galaxy SSame, ordered on the 1st Feb, but.... I emailed support and asked for the updates, apparently I was told needed to wait 2-4 weeks cause this colour was made to order... 😭

Galaxy SNo cancellation options were given nor did they take the liberty to call preorder customers until I reported the delay!
Such incompetent and complacent buggers!
