Hi. I want to find out if those that Pre-Ordered the S25 Ultra already received the phone. I ordered on 29 Jan and there is no news about the status of the phone. When I ordered, I got an email notification showing that the estimated delivery was on 10 Feb. It's already 17 Feb today and there is no news or update from Samsung on the status of the phone. I chatted with the support back on 14 Feb and they just told me it will be sent in batches, but not able to share more details. Today, I have been trying to contact customer support and there is no response after waiting for over an hour. At least Samsung should share an update with all buyers about the delay.

I totally feel you, this BS happened to everyone, the best response we could do prob just like you said, switching to others brand for your next phone ig. just so ridiculous

Ordered JetBlack 512Gb. Received sms on Feb 13 that my order is in progress. Until today 19th, Samsung shop system still Preparing Order... 😂

same, ordered same day as you, no estimated arrival date, nothing, and system shows preparing order all time, wondering if we could get scam or what,

maybe I ll just cancel the order and buy others phone

Same, ordered on the 1st Feb, but.... I emailed support and asked for the updates, apparently I was told needed to wait 2-4 weeks cause this colour was made to order... 😭

Same here.. ordered jet black on 9th Feb. Almost a month now. Apparently, Samsung Malaysia screwed up online orders. Got to know from one of the CS calls. I made a direct report to the CEO!
No cancellation options were given nor did they take the liberty to call preorder customers until I reported the delay!
Such incompetent and complacent buggers!
