S24 Ultra UI8 Dex not working!

Samsung Dex not working on my S24Ultra via HP Elite Display Portable Screen. Compared to that with my Family Member's Fold 5 and S25ultra Dex is working perfectly fine. 

Troubleshooting steps I tried: 

1. Restart phone

2. Turn off and on

3. Cleared StorageCache /Cleared Data UI8 from Apps

4. Entered Safe Mode 

5. Reset all phone settings. 

Still the same Dex is not working. I miss UI7
