I'm trying to use wireless Android auto to connect to my car's media system.

My Galaxy S25 keeps disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly and it's getting frustrating and annoying.

I'm not sure whether it's a samsung issue or Android Auto (Google) issue.

Noticed online forums of other Galaxy S series users are also facing similar issue.

LOOKING FOR ANY TIPS OR SOLUTIONS TO THIS PROBLEM.

To: SAMSUNG / GOOGLE
Hope you're seriously looking into this issue as android auto has been in the market for years. I don't understand why a feature as simple as wireless connection can be faulty.

Really can't tell if its samsung issue or google

Both my s25 and s21 having same disconnecting issue with wireless Android auto.

It works with my friend's car but not mine (different car brands)

But other phone brands seems to be working fine 🤦‍♂️

I love samsung but sometimes issues like this it's very frustrating. As a buyer of their flagship phones, you kinda expect things to run smoothly or get some kind of support / assistance

It sounds like a frustrating issue, and you're not alone—many Galaxy S series users have reported similar problems with wireless Android Auto. Since it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, it could be caused by:

1. A Samsung-specific issue (One UI or network settings)
2. An Android Auto issue (Google-side problem)
3. A connectivity issue (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or car system)

Possible Fixes to Try:

Restart everything – Restart your phone, car’s infotainment system, and even toggle Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Forget and re-pair – In Bluetooth settings, remove your car’s connection and re-pair it. Also, go to Android Auto settings and remove your car, then set it up again.
Disable "Wi-Fi Power Saving Mode" – Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Turn off "Wi-Fi Power Saving Mode" (some users reported this helped).
Check for updates – Make sure both Samsung software and Android Auto app are updated.
Clear Android Auto cache – Go to Settings > Apps > Android Auto > Storage > Clear Cache & Data.
Try a wired connection – If it works fine with a USB cable, then the issue is likely with wireless connectivity.
Check if your car's firmware is updated – Some car manufacturers release updates for better Android Auto compatibility.

If the problem persists, it's worth reporting it to Samsung and Google, since more reports may push for a fix in future updates. Hopefully, they address this soon!
