I charged my S25 around 5am then went to unplug by 6am but unfortunately it was extremely hot and won't open anymore and even though it is unplugged already it's still getting hot. After 3 hours, I put it infront of the aircon and it worked though it's 0%.
It's alarming considering I just bought my S25 for only about 2 months and this happened. That same day, I went to a Samsung Service Center and CS told me it was probably the software just acting up. If this would ever occur again, she said no replacement was necessary only a repair from internal software (internal cleaning).
