S25 Ultra Whatsapp restore stuck at 99%

Anyone from Malaysia purchase from Celcomdigi has issue when whatsapp restore msg from Google Drive stuck at 99% and eventually popped up error and unable to restore msg and media. Doing this for 1week plus feel wasted money due unable to use fully then phone.

Whatsapp had a update but cnnt settled the issue, hopefully Samsung had a update and resolved this issue

This is an issue acknowledged by Whatsapp, they are in the midst of ironing the issues - we can only wait and be patient for them to quash the bugs 😳

I believe it's more to Whatsapp's side, likely will have to wait for their play store update on this matter.

If you still have old phone, try use transfer chat, directly transfer from phone A to phone B
