What a disappointment. They said preorder will get the phone estimated on 10 -13th. And today it is 15th already. I still don't see any sign my order is being processed, not to say for delivery.

They are so slow. I have trid to submit my enquiry via many method, email, online chat agent, WhatsApp, etc... and no one responded to at least tell me what is the status.

Very poor customy service.

I do understand if they might be overwhelmed with the workload of huge preorder. But at least some one please respond to us and tell us the status.
Other people are getting their phones already and mine is still frozen. Then what is the meaning of paying for a preorder?

I was going to say the same thing. I thought having preordered it, I would get priority. I've already been charged two installments of EPP by my bank and still no phone!

Moral of the story, never preorder from samsung. It is so late, i got my S24 last year before people who preordered

Yes, I am having the same issue as yours too! Samsung is a joke. They don't give a *** to even a customer like me who changed phone every year! Anyway, this year would be the last Samsung phone I buy. Their software update is also a big joke, totally not consistent, and very slow, putting our phones at risk. After this, I would be buying either a Google or an iPhone. Bye to Samsung forever.

i am thinking the same thing! but i think Google is not as strong as samsung? apple would be superior to Samsung and might last longer. this s25 ultra would be my last chance for samsung.

The only thing I don't like about Samsung is their software update, which is inconsistent and slow, putting our phone at risk, considering our phone is used for financial transactions. Google and iPhone will never have similar issues since it is their stock software.

I read that Google might change to a Qualcomm chip this year for their flagship phone, so that will make the final decision for me. As for Apple their customization and AI should be improving this year as well. So yes bro, we should be moving out of Samsung for good. 😂😂
