Where is my s25 ultra?!

What a disappointment. They said preorder will get the phone estimated on 10 -13th. And today it is 15th already. I still don't see any sign my order is being processed, not to say for delivery.

They are so slow. I have trid to submit my enquiry via many method, email, online chat agent, WhatsApp, etc... and no one responded to at least tell me what is the status.

Very poor customy service.

I do understand if they might be overwhelmed with the workload of huge preorder. But at least some one please respond to us and tell us the status.

Other people are getting their phones already and mine is still frozen. Then what is the meaning of paying for a preorder?

woow! good for Google and it is giving consumers more options. i dont like monopoly cos it is making phone companies control us with little effort on their side at the expense of buyers. i love that you have an open mindset and not just being "loyal" to one brand. we are free to decide what we want and deserve with the money that we put into.
i am might miss the pen, samsung dex and split screens. hahahah

probably i am also annoyed with samsung due to my recent bad experience with my s22 ultra (used for 3 yrs). it was very good and no problem for those years. only recently when samsung pushed software update for one ui 6.1. i downloaded it end of Jan. then my phone started to acted up and now it is in boot loop. went to sevice centre and they are charging me a freakin usd 500 (myr 2000) to change the motherboard. i posted about this in my samsung member page. really frustrating.

I would say it again, Samsung is a joke🤣🤣 They promised 7 years of software updates but on the 3rd year already having compatibility issues! I never know this problem because I used the S22 ultra for only 1 year.

I was just being informed by Samsung that they may only deliver the pre-ordered phone by the 3rd March! Samsung is a big joke. This would be my last Samsung phone ever! Useless service!

I contacted the CS this morning. And they told me the same! This is ridiculous! They seem to not understand the meaning of pre-order
