You can try reaching out to customer service via live chat to check on delivery status - currently the online exclusive colours are quite popular and might take some time to reach to customers.
Do you really feel those help? I've used the chat, the hotline, messenger and went to the store where I preorder. The only feedback I got was Samsung is delaying the delivery so they don't know when it'll arrive. The chat, hotline and messenger are literally useless. Got through the line, asked info and waited until line cut off. So, what you reckon?
