Ist Issue: Junk Mail / Spam Folder has not been syncing for a few months, the settings are correct and I've tried turning them on and off.
Everything is up to date, I've cleared cache, restarted device, uninstalled, reinstalled etc..
2nd Issue: I also for years have not been able to receive notifications that light up my phone for Samsung Mail, this used to be a feature and desperately needed back as when on silent you have no idea if an email has come through without being rude especially in meetings.
But this hasn't worked in many years, I've reported many times with no success, I'm hoping someone has a new thing to try.
S23 all up to date, all obvious settings are correct.
