Samsung Members app not showing new announcements

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps (Samsung Members app) are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Restart your device.

Thanks for the feedback. I already did the steps you mentioned as well doing a factory reset on my unit and its still not showing. I already filed a ticket with Samsung to ask for help. Hopefully they would respond. Thanks again for the help.

I have same issue and was advise to use another unit to login. Which it did show up.

Unfortunately it was not resolved. I also used a different device to login. I already filed a ticket and made several follow up and up until now it is still open. I did receive an email though so I was able to register
