Samsung phone quality so bad now ?? Peeling of paint. Joke....

Anyone have this issue s23u paint peeling off without me dropping hitting scratching or whatever that can damage the phone. Just peel off on its on and its only 3month old phone. I didnt even know until i change my cover then i saw it. And still around those large peel off area there are tiny small bubble forming. Means its gonna drop more soon. quality so bad until paint can stick on cover. Hmmm.

Yo. Its red. The peeling part is at that pen area. Which is black. (If wanna ask if i damage or scratch it when taking out my pen) i only took my pen out once before which is when i first got my phone and first turn on.

No worries.. I understand ur point. My Z Fold 3 green colour also within 3 months from purchase alr had 2 dots at the camera housing.

Did u find samsung center? Did they do anything ?

I suspected was manufacturer defect. But the service centre rejected my case and regarded it as cosmetic damage.

So samsung quality is a question now. Since u said paint peeling usually happen to black colour. Means there is alot of this issue going on... lol and samsung have the cheek to call it as cosmetic damage. Purely is their quality issue.

Yup black colour is easily prone to peeling. My current Z Flip 3 (company phone) alr had bad paint peeling. And this happens after I remove the protection stickers. If still have the protection stickers on, at least the peeling won't occur.

Mine worst. Today nothing happen. And next day when i wanna clean the side of phone took out my cover then saw the peeling. Lol. If i know samsung have this issue i will never buy. Pay thousand n this is what we get.

Actually, glossy back and sides have its own advantage. My previous Note 10+ with glossy back and sides till today (though LCD no longer functioning) has no scratches or peeling.
