I have this same issue where it shows about 92.83GB for APPS and 26.53 for SYSTEM.  I've CLEARED cached and deleted a dozen apps and CLEARED Data for MANY apps, but it still shows what seem to be impossible.  Started having this issue ever since Samsung kept pushing for us to UPDATE the software.  I don't understand how I only have like 5 apps (FB, Starbucks, CVS, Ralphs, Albertsons) on my phone and it still shows 93.83GB for APPS.  Please help if you can.
