I recently bought the new S21 Ultra 5G model and I have been experiencing non-stop issues with this phone. The phone keeps crashing whenever I try to open apps. It will immediately hang and then the phone just restarts on its own. Network connection is always very weak. I cannot use the 5G network at all. I already tried rebooting the phone on my own and I also took it for servicing 2 times and all they did was to do a reboot again. However, nothing has changed at all after I took it for servicing. I am still constantly facing the same issues as before which I think is completely ridiculous considering my phone is relatively new. I spent so much money to buy this model and I truthfully think its a waste of money.

Hi Claksh ,you bring in to the service center and they only did a reboot for you? Nothing else?

I feel you! I went down to Samsung Service Centre just the other day with UI 4 issue. They said because my S21 Ultra is a carrier (Starhub) model and not direct from Samsung. Hence, upgrading IU 4 caused problem for my phone. In my mind I was like "???".

Last resort, please wait for samsung to release another update patch for One UI 4.0 that will fix your issues as this is the major update.. Usually these things happen at the start and will be fixed by future updates...
