Scrolling Screenshot Icon Removed From Bar

Scrolling Screenshots...

Are now permanently gone? 

I got an update on my phone recently and this morning I found the scrolling button to be missing entirely. 

Now I only have Crop, Tag and Share. 

Tried uninstalling update for Samsung Capture and clearing data / cache. 

Still missing the button.

Tried going to the Advanced settings-submenu, the Screenshot menu is missing. 

Tried searching for it, found it, clicked it, UI said this menu is not available. 

Is this a feature? Does samsung think we don't want this?

Hi, may I check which app were u wanting to scroll capture? Cos from what I know, not all apps support this feature.

I tried with Chrome browser, it's still working fine.

Well I'll be damned. 

Chrome it works. 

It seems like other apps I've used it before are not working though.

Sleeper and Steam.

Oh u mean previously in Android 12, scroll capture is available for Sleeper and Steam? Hmm.. most likely these apps haven't catered for Android 13 OS yet. 😆 Samsung is too early to the fast software update this year.

Like the customisation of aspect ratio for Netflix and Disney+ on Flex mode is not yet available for Android 13, but were previously customisable in Android 12, as highlighted by one of the members recently.

We appreciate that you are writing this matter to us. The scrolling screenshot icon is still available and to have that icon appear, you have to screenshot page that can scroll down. If the page is unable to scroll down (image), then the icon won't appear

Hello, I'm also having a problem same issue scrolling screenshot. I just screenshot youtube and then after that it dissapeard permanently. I tried many times the screenshots button but it didn't work. The scrolling screenshot icon is dissapeard , and this is so sad.

Hi all,

Just go to phone settings >> apps, find "Samsung Capture" app. Firstly, use forced stop button. Then, use three dot button and remove this app's updates. It will solve your problem. (Also cancel your auto app update setting in google play store app)

Many user have this problem but samsung mods dont know their product's tricky sides.
