Should I Change for Battery Replacement or Buy A New S23 Ultra?

Hi everyone, 

I have been using S21 Ultra since its been sold in Malaysia market on 2021. It is almost 3 years. However, recently, when I do diagnostic check, the batter status appeared to be "Weak" as below:

Hence, I have check for the battery replacement and contact Samsung Service Centre to do remote checking via below app:

He confirmed that my battery need a replacement. He advised me to contact the nearest Samsung Service Centre that has the battery replacement service which in my case will be at The Mines, Seri Kembangan and shared with me the contact number to check the batter availability at the store.

I did contact the number given and here is the price for the replacement:

My inquire are:

1. How to check the official market price from Samsung for battery replacement price?

2. Should I let go my current S21 Ultra and go buy S23 Ultra? Will it be worth?

Please advice my bros and fellow Samsungs! 🥹

How long the battery can last? A full day for normal use?

I mean, when you fully charge the phone, how long it could last till it's fully depleted under normal use? If it can last for a day ( 12 hours ), I can say that the battery is practically still good.

try to charge up to 100% and use the device normally until the battery goes to 5%, and send the screenshot of the same section again

Try go and last 7 days,it would be much more accurate and easier to find your SOT

1800228899 samsung careline has the answer for this.. though that the prices might differ from one to another SES, it shouldn't deviate that much

depends. if u're looking for the upgraded performance especially in camera department, it's time to upgrade, but darn, 3 years is a long time, your device has served u well
