Should I Change for Battery Replacement or Buy A New S23 Ultra?

Hi everyone, 

I have been using S21 Ultra since its been sold in Malaysia market on 2021. It is almost 3 years. However, recently, when I do diagnostic check, the batter status appeared to be "Weak" as below:

Hence, I have check for the battery replacement and contact Samsung Service Centre to do remote checking via below app:

He confirmed that my battery need a replacement. He advised me to contact the nearest Samsung Service Centre that has the battery replacement service which in my case will be at The Mines, Seri Kembangan and shared with me the contact number to check the batter availability at the store.

I did contact the number given and here is the price for the replacement:

My inquire are:

1. How to check the official market price from Samsung for battery replacement price?

2. Should I let go my current S21 Ultra and go buy S23 Ultra? Will it be worth?

Please advice my bros and fellow Samsungs! 🥹

If u have the budget, then u can consider the S23 Ultra. Typically, changing phone time frame is between 3 to 5 years. Otherwise, can consider just change the battery at Samsung Service Centre.

I would advice change the battery only, it only cost you 240+
Unless you have budget then can go ahead for s23U

depending on your preference, situation and your money ofcourse😂.
if you feel your current phone still good and the only problem is battery then you dont have to change to s23. replacing the battery is enough.
s21 still can get one ui 6 (android 14) update

Even it can get another update till android 15 (the last android update)..
