Galaxy SFor dual SIM issues, try:
Check SIM Configuration: Ensure SMS settings are set correctly for both SIMs.
Update Software: Check for any available updates for your phones.
Clear Cache: Clear the cache of your messaging app in Settings > Apps > Messages > Storage.

Galaxy SSoftware is currently up to date so I dont think this is the issue.
I've also tried clearing the cache before but the problem still persists.
