So disappointed to samsung because already many day my s23 ultra have green line....also already call samsung service center also can't solve this problem.....except the phone still under warranty......after warranty sorry need to pay myself.......but this problem since long time from samsung phone.....so this my last to use samsung phone.....no more time buy samsung product.....s23 ultra is not below thousand ringgit in malaysia.....is Rm6199.00

Don't you get a free screen replacemwnt? Just curious my S21U has green line issue I think I have to pay to change the screen for sure but S23U is rather new 🤔

That is the thing - paying flagship premier price getting issue immediately after warranty expired. Very expensive investment using Samsung S phone actually 🥺

Just to share. My S21U is with Samsung Service Center Pavillion now. They will inspect and free screen replacement is subjected to approval so, I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Bukit Bintang. Just walk in. Start with asking if they can do anything about the line.
