Some apps doesn't vibrate when receiving notifications - S21+

Some of my messaging apps like messenger, google messages, telegram, whatsapp, viber and other apps suddenly stopped vibrating when receiving notifications.

Already tried the diagnostics and vibration motor works perfectly fine. Haptic feedback on typing, gestures etc. do also work. Vibrate while ringing is also turned ON. 

Also checked all the apps on their notification settings if their vibration option is turned ON but still didn't solve my issue. 

Wondering if someone here had the same experience with a solution. 🥲

Yes. Reinstalling, wiping cache partition, resetting all the settings on General Management and switching to safemode didn't solve the issue.

No apps were installed prior to noticing the problem. Although I tried the call feature on the apps and the vibration works but does not for messages.

I had the same experience following this week's software updates to my Samsung S21. Vibration stopped working on all notifications except the phone ringer.  I have not found a solution to resolve it.

 This worked for me.  My recent UI software update apparently turned off this Android System app toggle.

Oh my god it worked! Thank you so much! I'm really frustrated since most of the time I rely on vibrations during meetings and quiet places.
