Sumsung Trade failed upon assessment.

I failed the Samsung Ultra Trade program during the assessment. My device only had minor scratches, but they claimed there was a dent and asked me to add ₱9,800 for the trade-in. I didn’t agree to it.

Has anyone else experienced the same? Are they really that strict? Also, the assessor seemed like they were expecting a tip. 🤔

Can I contest? How to request for 2nd assessment?

if your current phone only had minor scratches then you can keep use it for next few years

Mukhang modus. Yung s23 Ultra na trade-in sana namin may minor "scratches" daw. Kapag kinapa mo wala naman. Baka nga ultra micro scratch. Ang hinihingi sa akin 15k 🤣

Ginawa na negosyo maghanap ng kalokohan sa tradein. Mas ok pa last year kahit mabagal kahit yung s10e na sobrang luma na wala nakita.
