Is this a problem with hardware or software? I am so scared when it appeared and doesn't go away no matter how i power it off or leave it just for a day. The screen still works but the green lines keept increasing. I am pretty sure I didn't drop it or even pressed it because I always left it on my side table. I am too afraid to even show this to my parents bcoz it is quiet pricey to fix. I just got this phone 3months ago. What should I do??
