Trade in

Hi all

 just went to the nearest samsung store in my city, and apparently they informed me that the trade-in is only available through online and within metro manila. They said that the phone that I'm going trade in will be check at my house and then once approve the new unit will be sent via delivery, so seems like they dont allow in store trade-in or maybe is it just on the branch that I went to, can somebody share their experience with trade-in?

Hi, i went to samsung sm dasma however they told me that they do not accept trade-in in store

Your nearest branch may not accept trade in. However, if you are currently in Cavite, you may qualify for trade-in via samsung.com. Please head over to the link sent over by TeamGalaxyBianx to check eligibility. :)

I have already tried to online via the samsung shop app. However when I enter my zip code it says not available, most likely I'll try the samsung in moa, just a quick question if i go to the moa branch would they accept trade in via in store or the process would still be the same as the online trade in wherein a samsung personnel will go to my house to check the unit and then once qualified then they'll just deliver the new unit?

Good idea! If you go to the MOA branch, the trade-in process will be done in-store.
