Possible there is a minor scratch on your camera lens. I'm also using same device that you're using. I haven't experience having a spot on my lens. By accident when you put it in your pocket that it gets scratched.

Did you look carefully through your lens? it is possible that there is a small dot on your lens. Because it disappears when you zoom in and is visible when you zoom out.

Your device camera autofocus setting is on. The reason why the spot appears, it is because of the brightness of the color reflecting on your device lens.
