Unable to receive sms otp from certain organisations

Not sure if it's just me or what. I can't receive sms otp/verification on my S24ULTRA (Android 15 One UI 7.0) from Maribank, Cathay Pacific and Klook. 

However, if I install/access these 3 apps from another device e.g. Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (Android ver 13 One UI 5.1), I have no problem with it and can receive the sms on my S24ULTRA.

I wonder if the issue is with the apps or my S24ULTRA.

I was also facing this issue while using Google msg app, I switched to Samsung msg app.
That solved the issue
