Is it just me who gets frustrated whenever I follow up an they always say "they were unable to track your order as they already shipped it to partner courier"? They also cannot provide tracking number. Status still stays "on the way" and whats worst is my order was not even pre order😡😡. Will never recommend samsung online store to my friends😠

I also have already send an email as well as follow up to PH_shop@samsung.com but no response. I just wish ordering on samsung online have much more perks and faster delivery but only experiencing continuous disappointments
