Unable to use fast charging

After update the UI android 13 , I'm unable to charge under the fast charging  , any solution on this matter

Under UI5, fast charging is only displayed for few seconds, but fast charging still runs. You'll notice time taken for a full charge remains the same ( fast charge )with previous UI4.1
