Updates for One UI Home and Home Up (One UI 6.0)

These apps have finally been updated! The latest Home Up has fixed the missing task changer layouts but the One UI Home has to be updated to the latest version as well. The animation when changing between apps has also been smoother than before. The animation when closing an app to the widget has been fixed as well.
