I have an issue when using s23 ultra.

It seems when I move to an air conditional room from outside, the volume key acts wired.

the detail, here in Singapore, outside temperature is about 30c, everyday, before sleep, I will turn on my bedroom's ac to 20c, and after (maybe) 10 minutes, if I press the volume key (mostly volume down key), I can't get any feed back from my finger, seems the spring inside does not work, but the function is works.

and after I push volume up/down several times, it recovers.

Am I the only one face this issue?

Hi, it seems like an issue with the volume rocker. U may want to visit the service centre. But be prepared that u need to have ur phone factory reset, as it's Samsung's policy to factory reset the device before sending in for repair.

maybe I can ask for a replacement instead of repair it?

Haha.. I highly doubt so. Replacement is never in their dictionary. My Z Fold 3 had undergone 3 rounds of repair:
1st was replacement of back glass cover, 2nd was replacement of inner LCD screen and 3rd was replacement of outer LCD screen. But still, use back the same phone. Same IMEI, same motherboard, but probably the whole external changed alr.

Sadly, in Singapore's Samsung, replacement is extremely rare. They would rather repair than replace.

Yea, since new phone, throw back the problem for service centre to solve.
