TLDR, RAM Plus = zRAM, zRAM by default has about 3GB if you turn off RAM plus completely from Device Care, you can increase it up to half of your physical RAM, e.g if you have 8GB physical RAM then pick 4GB RAM Plus, according to that link it won't make difference if you choose higher amount of RAM Plus than your half physical RAM

I turned it off for my S24+. It has 12GB RAM, I don't need that.
