Whatsapp Backup cannot be retrieved

I just got my S25 Ultra. I have done transferring all my data from A34 5G. I cannot retrieved my WhatsApp backup to S25. The initialising icon stays in loop. Other apps working. The backup was done in Google Cloud. How can retrieved the backup for WhatsApp on S25?

Go to your Telco. Make them clearly know that you change the new one gadget.

How does WhatsApp installation be Telco issue? Please enlighten so I can explain to them.

A43 and S25 normally module right?
Try use different sim card in new model , A34 buy walk-in or online? S25 get the same condition?
Different setting insisted both of them hope you clearly understood

Telco issues because WhatsApp used the sim card...you get the sim card which country's Telco? Must be registered ®️

We noticed that there are users across the globe facing similar issues (not all S25 users, it seems to be random), it looks like a Whatsapp bug and it is also causing other devices similar issues.

One of the problem which is WhatsApp doesn't proceed after initialising stage sorted. I uninstall the app from the setrjng and reinstall. However, still not able to retrieve the data from backup cloud.
