2024 Worst experience products ever use in Samsung

Another case of issue: 
After decided to quit samsung so I clear up all my point to get Supercharger adapter 45W ver 2024, Notice when using it to charge my Fold 5 battery can drop very fast from 68% to 18 %, I tested few times same results. When I switched to normal fast charger there no battery drain issue. I also tested use samsung super fast charging with other phone, that phone encountered same, battery drain very fast within few minutes. This product is like cheating to their customer on super fast charging.

samsung product and services are really really bad this year.
1st, I encountered screen bubble on fold5 which never resolved, eventhough samsung give free voucher to replace inner screen protector for fold series but when screen bubble return within a week( I replaced for 2 times return within a week), I don't think those 3 free vouchers will enough, I suspect they are using low quality screen protector for fold in replacement as other who purchase non-samsung screen protector in Shopee the bubble didn't come back. As I plan switch to Iphone 16, no longer important to me. So I just removed my fold inner screen protector. Else the longer you keep screen with bubble it will damage fold screen due to glue on protector.

2nd, pre-order issue on Galaxy buds 3 pro, still canceled my order eventhough already have phone call, when requesting to resolve this issue they just ask me to reorder with normal price which very unprofessional eventhough I ask them to escalate this issue, it take 1 to 2 weeks with no resolution, as customer that supporting them more than 10 years doesn't have any privilege provided being treated like a fool. This issue make decided to quit using their products.

Yeah, this would be my last post with samsung. Waiting for iPhone 16 collection soon. Then, I can cut off with samsung after more than 10 years... this sharing just to express how samsung treat their customer. If they still treat customer like this, sooner no body buying their products. Next, I'm removing all samsung appliances.

Yea.. I'm tired of samsung's service too, is really hard to get warranty claimed for our device.

Finally, after 10 years+. I quit samsung the samseng, their ecosystem. No matter how good of your innovation on your system but bad at handling customer equal to trash. One simple voucher to allow customer get back their pre order due to your team accidentally cancelled order, which quite easy to solve, your support or team don’t even bother to escalate it, no privilege then no more support and totally ban is my option..
