I sincerely hope Samsung will consider extending the screen replacement program similar to the one offered in India—to support Galaxy Z Flip3 users in other regions who are experiencing the same issue. I switched from Apple to Samsung a few years ago and have been happy with the overall experience.
However, recurring issues like this especially if they seem to stem from a manufacturing defect are disappointing. I truly want to keep using and recommending Samsung products, but continued problems without proper support may force me to reconsider.

Actually have you say give like that but samsung care plus not active so you need to pay if not they give upgrade directly

I understand that without an active Samsung Care+ plan, certain benefits like repairs or upgrades may not apply. However, I would like to request a clear explanation of how this has impacted my eligibility for an upgrade, and whether the issue is related to an administrative error on Samsung's part?

🙏Recently, I went to a Samsung store and was told that replacing the screen would cost RM800. However, the warranty has expired. I also understand that the screen burn was due to a firmware upgrade. What can I do about my phone?
