Since the Feb One UI 5.1 update, I have been having this issue. March security patch update didn't solve this issue either. Yesterday, went down to service centre. Only after factory reset, it worked till now. And the same issue returned again. Made me lose all my WhatsApp chat history, as I have forgotten the encrypted password.
