Auto Rotate Widget (Stack)

Hi, for those using One Ui5, like to check if your setting for rotate widget would stick if you don't have cover mirroring on?

Let me elaborate. I have a few stack widgets on my outer home screen. I have turned on rotate widgets. At this point, my cover mirroring is off. When I unfold my phone, and then fold back, rotate widgets options for all my widgets are now off. This only happens to stack widgets on the default home screen. Other stack widgets for other screen pages seem fine.

Not sure if this is a bug or only happens to me.

Lol.. that means they don't understand the issue that we are experiencing.. which they don't bother to ask the dev to test out and produce the end result. At least u tried ur best. 💪💪💪

Quite sad that such a good feedback is raised 😔, but no one is willing to listen and forward to the relevant department. This is definitely a bug, which can be resolved in future update.

If ur feedback is heard, it will resolve the global defect, not only applies to Singapore. (Provided Singapore's team relay globally) 😊 Everyone will benefit from this.

Hi, this is their reply. Admittedly, I have done only 1,2,3,5 but still the same issue. I have just called Samsung. Strange, they don't have the info I submitted and I had to explain everything again. Through smart tutor, i shared my screen with tech support and the steps to reproduce the issue. He has seen it clearly, understood and has feedback to the experts. He said I can only wait while they test and hopefully future updates will resolve this. So let's pray. Hey rainyguy, thanks for another update again. 😊 Good that the issue has been acknowledged physically by Samsung through Smart Tutor. Hopefully, the tech team can replicate the same issue and proceed to fix and release in the next release of security patch update. 💪
